Great way to end our weekend. Everything was great, friendly service, unbeatable location near a nearby restaurant, Phoenix and the cafe. Nice building and rooms with king beds or queen beds. Helpful staff on reception and elsewhere. The indoor restaurant on the premises.

Was able to get the family on the same floor. Parking seemed secure and fairly easy. Courteous staff. Recreational facilities. Restrooms very clean.
Internet service should be free and useable anywhere on site. No place to plug in cell phone chargers, lap tops, etc, in the rooms. Some of the outlets did not work.

The staff was friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The bed was wonderful. I had room service and the food was good and the service was excellant in all areas. The lounge looked nice but I didn't get a chance to take advantage of it. The restaurant menu had a nice variety of choices. The wireless internet worked immediately without any complications. The landscaping is really nice. Free parking garage was great. The shower head and real bathtub were a wonderful surprise.
The price. I usually do much better on prices in Phoenix, but there was a lot going on and I didn't check ahead of time to realize that. Some bubble bath in the products provided would have been a nice touch since there are actual bathtubs.I dislike menus that don't list an actual price, just letters. The prior occupant had left the alarm set so it woke me in the middle of the night; I hadn't checked it since I was setting an alarm; perhaps room service could make it routine to make sure it's turned off? I was surprised there wasn't a fridge in the room, as most hotels I stay in usually have one. I did notice that the water was not as hot in the shower in the morning as it was in the evenings.

I was there only briefly for a longer trip to Northern Arizona, but it was a very attractive hotel with a number of amenities. I'll be staying here again with my family when I return to the area.

Friendly staff, very nice pool, very clean.
Hotel room could use an update and window view of a tree wasn't much fun.

Friendly staff and easy location (right at the I-17) to access most areas of phoenix.
Rooms are a little run down, but probably still a good deal for the money. You have to pay for internet access in your room, which is odd because most of the comparable hotels in the metro center area offer free wireless in room. Also, I had a lot of trouble with the wireless going in and out even after having paid for it. That said, when I called about the problems, the staff were very responsive and waived the fee on the day I had trouble. I am also having trouble getting the full starwood points for my stay, which has something to do with using Booked.net.

There wer two people who were extremely professional and helpful; Matthew at the front desk and the maitre D whose name I did not catch, unfortunately. . .a very pleaasnat and attentive young man
old run down rooms , very noisy due to traffic, poor location for a vacation. . .charged 10/day for internet, no spa, could not make a decent margurita, did not have ingredients for a pina colada. . .really disappointing
